How To Use

• Toothpaste: Apply a pea sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush and gently brush in circular motions for two minutes, twice daily.
• Whitening Strips: Remove top and bottom strip from backer. With both hands apply upper strip to top teeth. Apply lower strip to bottom teeth. Leave for 30 minutes. Remove, rinse with water or brush to remove residue. 
• Mouthwash: Rinse vigorously with 1 capful of the mouthwash for 60-120 seconds twice a day.
